Fascinating and colourful mostly abstract photography.
When I was learning photography I was told to make sure I kept the camera very still, make sure I got the subject sharply in focus and make sure I got the whole subject in the frame. Nowadays I do the exact opposite!
I explore the use of Intentional Camera Movement, Subject Movement, "Bokeh" - the deliberate use of out-of-focus areas - and "Abstraction by Isolation". Some images are of colours swirling into each other, some lack sharp edges, some show the beauty of moving water, and many images make you ask, "What is that?".
My images are presented on metallic paper in custom-made frames or as large frameless prints on aluminium or acrylic.
Sherwood Lane is off Malvern Road and is a cul-de-sac. We are at the far end of the road and do not have parking directly outside. Walk up the footpath between the hedges and you will find our front gate.
