I enjoy creating , especially painting.. it has been apart of my life since I was a child . Painting was a way to express my emotions and to achieve something which was not entirely academic.
After my degree course in Fine Art I continued to paint , specialising in large abstract pieces for modern interiors . When we returned to the U.K. I found myself drawn to the countryside , animals , hills and seascapes has featured in my recent work . But it is the Malvern hills which seem to be a special interest to myself and I paint this wonderful landscape in many ways and in different lights to engage the viewer and encourage an emotional response to this majestic place .
