Hi I am Julie and this is my first Open Studios. I started to focus on my art about ten years ago after a long break. I decided to do a Foundation Art course at Stourbridge, and loved every minute of it. I was so inspired by the staff and students that I decided to follow on with a Fine Art Degree at Wolverhampton, equally enjoyable. Since then I have been to Newlyn school of art and have attended The Studio Practice year, and this year I am embarking on the Mentoring, I do love a course.
I am currently working with acrylic and mixed media on a variety of substrates.
My work is a little like the weather, forever changing or should I say evolving.
I am greatly looking forward to Open Studios, and to welcoming visitors and fellow artists.
